Your driver will meet you between the luggage hall and the arrival hall in Terminal 2 and in the arrival hall in Terminal 1, and will be holding a sign with your name on it.

We always wait for our clients when you arrive at Malaga Airport. We check the details of every flight that we are waiting for so know if there are any delays or problems and will meet you when the flight actually arrives - even if it is early! If you have made other arrangements the driver will arrive according to those arrangements.
Yes we will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive this confirmation please contact us, as we may not have received your booking.
We are able to accept major credit cards via the website or on arrival. There is a surcharge of 7% for all card payments. You can also pay the driver on arrival in pounds sterling or UK bank cheque in sterling with a guarantee card but you will be required to provide credit card details to secure the booking. No surcharge is a applicable for other forms of payment.
No you do not need to pay in advance. Where you elect to pay on arrival we will require card details to secure the booking. For return transfers, if you choose to pay in advance, you'll get a 5% discount.

It is essential that you book a vehicle capable of carrying your luggage for an efficient transfer from the port. There is room for 2 large suitcases or 3 medium suitcases in a 5 seater taxi and up to 7 large suitcases in a minibus.
