Q: Is your company licensed?

A: Yes, we are a fully licensed company and are required to abide by the regulations set by the Spanish and EU authority.

Q: Are your prices per car or per person?

A: Our prices are per car please see vehicle capacity for further details. The price you see is the price you pay. You will be charged an extra 6% if you choose to pay by card.

Q: How early do I need to book my car?

A: The earlier the better. However, 48 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking it is best to phone, most times we will be in the office long after closing time. If you make an online reservation there is no guarantee that you will get a vehicle unless you receive a confirmation.

Q: How do I make an on line booking?

A: Please complete the booking form in full and submit it; you will then receive a confirmation sent to the email address you used in the form.

Q: Can I make a booking on the phone?

A: Yes you can make a booking on the phone our telephone number is +34 607 839 709 o +34 667 776 906, most times we will be in the office long after closing time. This is often the best method if you are making a last minute booking. Alternatively you could e-mail us. If you make an online or e-mail reservation there is no guarantee that you will get a vehicle unless you receive a confirmation.

Q: Will you meet us at any time of day?

A: Yes, it is, as long as you have a confirmed reservation. We work 24 hours a day and 7 days a week without exception - even on public holidays!

Q: How do I meet the driver?

A: Your taxi driver will meet you between the luggage hall and the arrival hall in Terminal 2 and in the arrival hall in Terminal 1, and will be holding a sign with your name on it.

Q: What will happen if we do not meet the driver?

A: If you are unable to locate our driver please ring the 24 hours emergency line +34 607 839 709 o +34 667 776 906.

Q: What if the flight is delayed or early?

A: We always wait for our clients. We check the details of every flight that we are waiting for so know if there are any delays or problems and will meet you when the flight actually arrives - even if it is early! If you have made other arrangements the driver will arrive according to those arrangements.

Q: I have completed a booking form will you confirm the booking?

A: Yes we will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive this confirmation please contact us, as we may not have received your booking.

Q: Can I pay by credit card?

A: We are able to accept major credit cards via the website or on arrival. There is a surcharge of 6% for all card payments. You can also pay the driver on arrival in pounds sterling or UK bank cheque in sterling with a guarantee card but you will be required to provide credit card details to secure the booking. No surcharge is a applicable for other forms of payment.

Q: Do I need to pay in advance?

A: No you do not need to pay in advance. Where you elect to pay on arrival we will require card details to secure the booking.

Q: If I have paid by credit card and cancel my booking and can I get a refund?

A: Yes, you can get a refund less the cost of the credit card transaction fee.

Q: How much luggage can I carry?

A: It is essential that you book a vehicle capable of carrying your luggage for an efficient transfer from the port. There is room for 2 large suitcases or 3 medium suitcases in a 5 seater taxi and up to 7 large suitcases in a minibus.

Q: How do I query or cancel a booking?

A: Click on Contact and use the relevant form for Booking queries or for Cancellations. Please ensure that you quote your reference number .

Q: Can I book a car for a day and how much will it cost me?

A: Yes you can book a car for a day (8 hours), it will cost €310 + 7% VAT, every additional hour will cost €38.50.
